9:30 - 10:30am Self-Defense (JJJ) and Point Sparring
10:30 - 11:00am Snacks time!  (We provide the snacks and drinks)

11:00 - 12:30pm Padded Stick Sparring and Weapons Form
12:30 - 1:30pm Lunch (Bring Your Own Lunch)

1:30 - 3:00pm Mon/Wed/Fri ​(Weather Dependant!)
